About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle the operations- joining formalities, onboarding, documentation, exit formalities of the employees, etc.
2. Design and update job descriptions
2. Source potential candidates from various online channels
3. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
4. Work on screening resumes and application forms
5. Interview candidates (via phone, video)
6. Advertise job openings on the company's job portals and internally
7. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Requirements:
1. Female candidates preferred
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 1st Feb'23 and 8th Mar'23
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

Stipend:
INR 8,000 /month
