About the Internship:
Key Responsibilities:
1 Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates
2 Assist in onboarding process including new hire orientation, processing new hire paperwork, and conducting background checks
3 Maintain employee records, update HR systems, and assist in preparing HR reports
4 Provide administrative support for various HR functions such as training, performance management, and employee engagement activities
5 Respond to employee inquiries and assist with employee relations issues as needed
6 Assist in various HR projects and initiatives as assigned
Requirements:
1 Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field
2 Strong organizational and communication skills
3 Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
4 Proficiency in MS Office applications
4 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
5 Positive attitude and willingness to learn
