In-Solutions Global Limited (ISG) is a complete solutions provider for cashless and digitization services encompassing, domain, technology, security, risk, processes, and people & empowering innovation.
ISG caters to education institutes' requirements to help institutes serve better to their students and their parents. EduSmart 360 is an all-inclusive ERP system for institutions, that covers every function right from student enrollment to attendance, library, transportation micropayments, faculty management, notifications, etc. This product would also feature a fee payment system integrated into it powered by ISGPay.
About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle
2. Work to understand the job description, budget, and nuances of the role
3. Assist with screening resumes and application forms
4. Assist with conducting a pre-interview and check the candidate's eligibility
5. Work on organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
6. Work on maintaining and managing recruitment dashboards
7. Help conduct salary negotiations and draft and release offers
8. Adhere to and implement the recruitment life cycle process
+. Handle the onboarding of new joiners
