Activity on Internshala Hiring since June 2026 2 opportunities posted About The Internship Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include: • Facilitate the employee life cycle processes from onboarding to separation • Preparation and issuance of offer and agreement letters/increment, promotion/transfer, and other employee-related letters • Maintain employee records and data in the HRIS system- create new employee records, and update personal and job-related information periodically • Prepare headcount, exit lists, attrition, and other reports • Manage onboarding activities for new joinees & ensuring procedures are followed • Coordinate with vendor for background checks and update the status with the concerned committees • Manage entire payroll processing from collating inputs, verifying salary registers, and coordinating with the finance team to ensure salaries are paid on time Skill(s) required English Proficiency (Spoken) HR Analytics Human Resource Information System (HRIS) MS-Excel MS-Office Earn certifications in these skills Learn MS-Excel Learn Business Communication Learn Human Resource Management Who can apply Only Those Candidates Can Apply Who • are available for full time (in-office) internship • can start the internship between 1+th Oct'23 and 23rd Nov'23 • are available for duration of 2 months • are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities • have relevant skills and interests • Women wanting to start/restart their career can also apply.
