Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
• Onboarding recruitment consultants for resource (talent) hiring
• Coordinating with them to ensure the maximum footfall during the interview period
• Screening shortlisted candidates telephonically and shortlisting the suitable profiles
• Communicating employer information and benefits to prospective candidates during the screening process
• Inviting prospective candidates for job interviews through a virtual platform
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers based on the available schedule
• Completing timely reports on employment activity
• Communicating with the selected candidates and ensuring their smooth joining of the company
• Creating and implementing effective onboarding plans for new joiners
• Developing training and development programs
• Assisting in performance management processes
