About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Work on assisting in developing and executing personnel procedures and policies
• Work on providing guidance and interpretation for business operations
• Work on ensuring compliance with our employees and improvement of employee-organizational relationships
• Work on assisting the HR department and creating an employee engagement process
• Work on maintaining employees' relationships with the organization for a smooth transition and growth of the company
• Work on providing a dedicated and effective HR advisory service to employees that cover absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievances, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
Skills & Requirements
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources, business, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
• Strong psychological background in handling employees' perceptions
• Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
• Advanced knowledge of HRIS and ability to learn new technical systems, when necessary
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office for smooth functioning
• Psychological background (B.sc Psychology) or with any psychological background
• Resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail
• Prior experience in soft skills
