Designation: Human Resources (HR)
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling the company's recruitment process by developing and executing recruiting plans
2. Posting job requirements on appropriate internet sources/job sites
3. Advertising job openings on the company's career page, social media, external job boards, and also within the company
4. Working on sourcing potential candidates from various sourcing channels
5. Working on the preliminary screening of applications based on the job description
6. Working on shortlisting resumes based on several search factors such as skills, recently updated resumes, location, experience, etc.
