About the Internship:
Key responsibilities:
1. Manage office administration - staff, labour teams and third-party contractors
2. Process payroll/wages & compliance - ESI, PF, insurance, etcetera
3. Oversee backend paper works, monitor and implement processes related to employees, vendors, and contractors
4. Manage error-free compliance, compensation, benefits, training and development as well as oversee administrative functions
5. Work on record keeping - HR records, timesheets for office & sites, ensuring timely submission, approval, accuracy and filing
6. Ensure documentation related to employees, contractors and labours is collected and recorded/filed
7. Oversee all labour engagement and rotation at the site
8. Manage recruitment, new hire orientation, retention and exit processes
+. Ensure smooth running of all administrative functions at the site and in the office
10. Work on documentation and filing
11. Work on employee relations
12. Work on compensation, benefits, payroll and budget
13. Review employee final payments for accuracy and compliance with labour laws
14. Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
15. Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives
16. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
17. Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc)
18. Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc) and take minutes
1+. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
20. Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc)
21. Communicate with public services when necessary
22. Handle complaints and grievance procedures properly
23. Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
24. Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
25. Assist our recruiters to source candidates and update our database
