Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include • Connect with HR professionals, particularly in start-up companies, and build relationships • Maintain continuous follow-up with HR representatives and start-up founders to understand their needs and concerns, fostering ongoing relationships • Establish and sustain excellent rapport through both verbal and written communication, becoming the trusted point of contact for clients • Engage in B2B sales, preferably with a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities in this domain • Stay informed about industry trends, market insights, and competitive intelligence to provide valuable information to clients Note: Possibility of a PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) based on excellent performance.
