About part time job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Screen resumes of the candidates based on the job description available
2. Perform calls to analyze potential candidate's abilities
3. Schedule candidates interviews as per interviewers' availability and ensure attendance
4. Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
5. After the interview share feedback with the candidate
6. Coordinate for the offer release, offer acceptance, and resignation acknowledgment
7. Follow up and keep in touch till the onboarding
