About Part Time Job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Handle a wide range of activities such as hiring, team building, motivating, and leadership responsibilities
• Work on the tasks which focus on planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling human resources (it involves selecting the right employees for carrying out the required operations based on information collected by analyzing the job positions)
• Work on matching the right person to the right job at right time to derive maximum output
• Help organizations in deciding the optimum number of human resources required and also recognizing the sources for recruiting them
