Lakshya Jeevan Jagriti is a social enterprise working for women and youth empowerment by providing them with education and IT skills. We are passionate to build a workforce that can sustain their lives and contribute to the family income. With unique methodology, we have trained more than 10,000 beneficiaries from 200+ to date. As the process of unlocking has been initiated, the laborers have started to go back to their workplaces, but due to this pandemic, as we all know, everyone is facing cost-cutting in salaries and wages which is leading them to manage only the basic survival of the family.
In this situation, education, mental health, and the nourishment of children are being ignored. We are currently working for the slum kids of Nehru Nagar, Daya Basti, and Zakhira who belong to the labor class family background. We hope that our initiative can turn the life of these few children and tables will turn for the future stars of our country.

About Part Time Job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Build a team of volunteers/employees for organization, recruitment, reporting, and performance appraisal
• Bridge management and volunteers/employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
• Manage the recruitment and selection process for volunteers/interns and employees
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Engagement of employees/volunteers with the organization
• Adhere to the timelines of submitting the reports
