About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assisting with job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and helping with the onboarding process of new employees
2. Organizing training sessions and preparing training materials and tracking employee progress and identifying training needs
3. Assisting with the employee appraisal process and developing performance improvement plans
4. Supporting the HR team with administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, handling employee inquiries, and organizing HR files
5. Assisting with benefits enrollment, answering employee questions about benefits, and maintaining compensation data
6. Assisting with compliance with employment laws and regulations by ensuring that HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and properly documented
7. Assisting with organizing employee engagement initiatives such as social events, employee feedback programs, and recognition programs
