Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
HR - Recruiter Intern for Baner, Pune. Females Only Apply.
• Source and recruit candidates by using database/job portals/social media
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc.
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
• Work on assessing applicant's relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitude
