About HCDS Technologies
We are serving 450+ MNC clients, MSMEs and 12 state/central government departments for proficient business consulting, re-skilling, up-skilling, systems integration, and automation training for various business functional requirements. We take care of the A-Z needs of our clients, right from understanding their existing and upcoming human resources and talent needs to designing strategic action plans to install and configure required resources along with technical & operational support. We also provide essential technical, behavioral, and active working skills training to the hired workforce for financial technologies, MSME and Neo banking, warehouse management, logistics operations, data analytics, healthcare administration, infrastructure facilities, BPOs, and other industries.

About Part Time Job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Provide career innovation counseling, fruitful advising, and motivational conversation
• Work on talent development, campus recruitment drives, and business associations
• Implement re-skilling and up-skilling projects across territories
• Work on human resources planning, budgeting, financing, and accountability
• Conduct pre-recruitment research, work with job descriptions, social media enrichment, and recruitment
• Provide personality grooming and training for placement, and manage accounts of clients, trainees, and job applicants across a diversity of business functions
• Draft job offer letters and other HR policies
• Handle legal documentation and automated HRMS/HRIS/payrolls/HR analytics
