Job Description
• Implement and manage HR systems, including HR system setup
• Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Develop and conduct training sessions for HR staff and stakeholders on HR systems and SOP adherence
• Provide ongoing training and support to ensure full utilization of HR systems
• Lead change management initiatives related to new HR processes and systems
• Communicate changes effectively to ensure smooth transitions within the company
• Ensure all HR systems and processes comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
• Conduct regular compliance audits and maintain up-to-date documentation
• Generate HR reports such as headcount, turnover, performance data, KPIs, and KRAs for senior management
• Analyze system data to recommend process improvements and HR initiatives
• Achieve successful implementation of HR systems within defined timeframes
• Implement a defined number of process improvements or optimizations
• Maintain compliance with all relevant labor laws and internal policies
• Ensure employee satisfaction with HR systems and processes
