About Part Time Job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Post jobs on different public job portals and different social media groups
• Send candidates pre-screening questions through email or the job portal chat
• Sort the candidates based on the company requirements and have a telephone conversation to clarify other questions
• Schedule the interview of the candidate with the team lead or manager
• Remind candidates about the interview 2-3 hours before the interview is scheduled
• Review the feedback from the manager and release the offer letter
• Provide feedback on the candidate's performance after joining periodically
• Manage recruiting, administration, and employee performance programs
• Work on the end-to-end recruitment process
