Roles And ResponsibilitiesManage the entire recruitment lifecycle
from job postings to onboarding new employees
Implement and oversee the companys performance management system
ensuring regular appraisals and feedback mechanisms
Ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance with legal requirements and industry standards
Develop and maintain positive employee relations

Design and execute training programs to enhance employees skills and career growth
