Implement and oversee the companys performance management system
ensuring regular appraisals and feedback mechanisms
Ensure HR policies and practices are in compliance with legal requirements and industry standards
Develop and maintain positive employee relations
addressing concerns
and fostering a collaborative work environment
Design and execute training programs to enhance employees skills and career growth
Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitive and equitable remuneration
Address and resolve workplace conflicts
