Job Description
We are currently working with a housing association based in the south west who are looking to appoint a People Systems Administrator on a temporary basis for 5 months, paying £15.50 p/hour (PAYE).
This role is flexible, mainly working from home and requiring occasional travel to sites based in Hampshire, Wiltshire, Dorset, Somerset, Devon & Cornwall and London.
Duties include (but not limited to):
• Working with the Programme Delivery Group to ensure the seamless implementation of a new HR system (Dayforce)
• Collecting, analysing, formatting, maintaining, and importing migration data into our
• People systems ensuring data integrity
• Liaising and collaborating with key stakeholders
• Providing general day-today- support to the people operations team
• Carrying out system administration activities, producing and maintaining related process
• documentation, guides and training as require
• Collecting, analysing, formatting, maintaining, and importing migration data into our
• People systems ensuring data integrity
Skills / experience required:
• A background using systems and ideally in HR
• Supporting systems integrations
• Understanding of Data Management principles and best practices
• Experience of Dayforce would be advantageous
Working pattern:
• Monday – Friday
• 37 hours p/w (8:30-5:00)
• Mainly working from home with regional travel when required
