A Senior HRIS Specialist is required to shape the future of digital human resources.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Development: Develop a long-term strategy for human resource information systems, focusing on digitalization and automation of processes.
• Collaboration & Project Management: Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to align system capabilities with business needs. Lead and support projects related to compensation module roll-out, onboarding, recruitment, and payroll integration.
• Evaluation & Optimization: Evaluate SuccessFactors releases, assess risks and opportunities, and recommend updates to enhance efficiency.
• Process Improvement & Change Management: Ensure alignment between HR systems and operational processes. Translate HR data into actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making. Improve system integration and maintain data integrity across platforms.
• User Support & Training: Provide expert support on HRIS issues and promote best practices. Design and deliver training to upskill HR colleagues and enhance system adoption.
