Aashman Foundation is a non-governmental organization (NGO) which aims to empower women and single-income families by providing them with opportunities including skill training programmes such as stitching, beauty sessions, patient care and computer training by organizing camps across India

Aashman also provides internship opportunities to the youth so that they can contribute to this worthy cause and enhance their skills at the same time, making them 'industry-ready'.

DETAILS OF THE INTERNSHIP:

DURATION: 45 days, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months and 12 months

You can extend your internship tenure based on your performance and preference.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use the online medium and social networking sites to enroll and source candidates.

• Screen resumes and application forms.

• Schedule interviews with candidates.

• Post, update and remove internship ads from job boards and social networking sites.

• Prepare reports related to HR training budget as required.

• Be an active part of company events and career days.
