Job Description
The HR Intern will support the HR team in various administrative and operational tasks, and gain practical experience in the HR field. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong desire to learn and contribute to the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment and selection process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities, such as preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and managing exit interviews
• Maintain accurate HR records and databases, and ensure data privacy and confidentiality
• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as filing, scanning, and responding to inquiries from employees
• Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends, and provide recommendations to the team
• Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate effectively with others
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Prior HR or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
