Talent Trailblazer: Manage end-to-end hiring requirements of all the departments of the firm.
Culture Curator: Curate healthy work culture for all interns & directing the firm's code of conduct.
Query Whisperer: Timely resolution of queries and issues raised by interns.
Candidate Explorer: Actively reach out to potential candidates & maintain their database.
Interview Virtuoso: Conduct daily interviews with prospective candidates.
Onboarding Maestro: Manage the onboarding and offboarding process.
