Previous internship/work experience in Talent Acquisition, HRIS, OD or Change Management capacity would be considered an asset;
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint;
Comfortable with virtual collaboration and meeting software, including MS Teams;
Ability to take initiative and the confidence to make suggestions for improvement;
Strong written and verbal communication skills;
Solid interpersonal skills that support collaboration and productive working relationships;
Interest in HR professional growth and development;
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
Ability to adapt and demonstrate flexibility in a fast-paced environment;
Ability to work independently;
Interns must be able and willing to relocate themselves to Houston for the duration of the work term
Interns must be able to commit to a 13-week work term from May 1+ – August 14, 2026, to be considered for the program; and
Successful candidate must provide satisfactory references, complete a Criminal Background Check, and be in compliance with the Company’s Drug & ******* Policy including pre-employment drug & ******* testing

For our summer internship program, we look for sophomores, juniors, or seniors, working toward a bachelor's degree with solid academic credentials along with significant extracurricular involvement
Strong written and verbal communications skills are key to our business as well as having strong attention to detail
Students must demonstrate effective planning and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft products (MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), and a strong desire to learn more about the Oil and Gas business

Coordinate activities and events throughout the Summer Internship Program;
Compile an annual Intern Booklet for our organization;
Assist with the internship program by partnering with schools and universities across the US;
Support process improvements for current HR processes and practices;
Gather and compile data to use analytics that support our objectives;
Assist in developing HR program/training materials (e.g. course content, user guides, training activities);
Assist with HR file management and the migration of HR files to SharePoint; and
Other duties and special projects, as assigned

We are seeking a full-time temporary Human Resources Intern to join our Team in Houston, TX. This role will commence May 1+, 2026 and work with the Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will participate in a variety of meaningful HR projects and activities that support our US and Canadian departments. This position will be eligible to work under our hybrid work schedule and includes parking at our downtown Houston location.
