Job Description/ Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our HR Manager and assist with various HR tasks, including but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Assist with onboarding new employees, including conducting orientation sessions and preparing new hire paperwork
• Assist with employee relations tasks, such as responding to employee inquiries and conducting exit interviews
• Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
• Requirements:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with HR systems and software is a plus
