Job Description

· Prepare and update job descriptions

· Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms)

· Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

· Screen incoming resumes and application forms

· Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests

· Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally

· Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers

· Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs

Desired Characteristics

· Experience as a Staff Assistant or similar junior HR role is a plus

· Experience with MS Office

· Good communication written and verbal

· Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting

· Basic knowledge of labor legislation

· Organizational skills

Qualifications:

· MBA/MSW in Human Resources Management or similar field.

Additional Information:

· 10K - 12K stipend will be given
