1. Exposure to various disciplines of Human Resource Management through daily tasks
2. An opportunity to be the team lead based on interview and performance
3. Hands on experience of resume screening and Interview process
4. Development of HR skills.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Designing employee engagement programs
2. Learning and Application of Various disciplines of HRM
3. Screening Resumes and sourcing new talent
4. Performing the daily tasks assigned to the candidate
Perks:

2. Letter of Recommendation for the best performers
3. Flexible and Student friendly work hours
4. Certificate of Excellence (Performance Based)
