INSAID is an academic institution dedicated to education and research in next-generation technologies like artificial intelligence, machine learning & data science. Through its industry-focused programs, INSAID aims to arm working professionals not only with skill-sets like machine learning, data science but provide them a transformative learning experience to help them move up in their careers.
What you will do?
• Ensuring that Fullstack education is attracting the best talent across the company .
• Screening potential employees resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
• Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms.
• Onboarding new recruitment agencies, working with them and ensuring that our recruitment mandates are getting fulfilled as per the SLA.
• Collaborate with others to increase employee engagement and drive employee development across the teams
• Extend support in managing and developing our work culture.
Competencies:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or studying toward a degree in Human Resource Management or related field from top B-Schools like IIM, XLRI, SIBM,etc.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Should have passion for HR in general and taking initiatives to make the workplace more engaging.
