Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Human Resources Intern role located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Intern will assist with daily HR operations, including but not limited to, HR management, HR policy creation, employee benefits administration, personnel management, and all other HR-related tasks.
Qualifications
• Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) and HR policies
• Knowledge of HR management and personnel management
• Familiarity with employee benefits
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience in a customer service-oriented environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or relevant coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
