Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for a Human Resources Intern located in Jaipur. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR tasks, assisting in HR management, implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and personnel management. The intern will gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and work closely with the HR team.
Qualifications
• Human Resources (HR) knowledge and understanding
• Experience or knowledge in HR management
• Familiarity with HR policies and procedures
• Understanding of employee benefits administration
• Knowledge of personnel management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or pursuing post-graduation can also apply
