Job Description
HR Internship Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Support:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Onboarding and Orientation:
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and conducting initial orientation sessions.
3. Employee Records Management:
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR database.
- Ensure all employee information is accurate and confidential.
4. HR Administration:
- Assist in the preparation of HR documents, such as employment contracts and offer letters.
- Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
5. Training and Development:
- Help organize and coordinate training sessions and workshops.
- Track employee participation and feedback from training programs.
6. Employee Engagement:
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement activities and events.
- Help conduct employee surveys and analyze results to improve workplace culture.
7. Other Tasks:
- To assist in other admin and marketing tasks as and when required.
Requirements:
1. Fluent Communication Skills in English:
- Candidates must possess excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
2. Previous HR Experience:
- Freshers cannot apply. Candidates need to have previous relevant HR experience.
