Job Description
• Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job listings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Support the onboarding process by organizing orientation sessions, collecting paperwork, and setting up employee files.
• Employee Relations: Assist in maintaining positive relationships with employees by addressing their concerns, answering their questions, and providing support. Assist in the implementation of employee engagement programs, such as employee surveys and recognition programs.
• HR Administration: Assist in maintaining accurate employee records, creating reports, and managing HR-related paperwork. Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensure that they are adhered to by all employees.
• Benefits Administration: Assist in the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, 401(k) plans, and other employee benefits Assist in the development of benefits packages to attract and retain talent.
• Compliance: Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, such as FMLA, ADA, and FLSA. Assist in the maintenance of HR-related files and documents, including I-+s, W-4s, and other employment-related forms.
• Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of performance management programs, including performance evaluations, goal setting, and employee development plans. Assist in tracking and reporting on employee performance metrics.
• Training and Development: Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs, including new employee orientation, on-the-job training, and leadership development programs.
• Other HR-related tasks: Assist in other HR-related tasks as needed, including conducting exit interviews, developing HR policies, and conducting research on HR-related topics.
