Position Description:
As a HR Intern you will be working for Cyno Pharmaceutical’s project as intern.
You’ll be working closely with our team for Onboarding, screening, managing, controlling and execution and attend meetings where you will be asked to take a minute
All Interns will be a part of an 8-10 weeks program. The program will offer valuable industry and functional insights. You’ll have the opportunity to have a mentor and learn from senior Managers at the company.
To be successful as an intern, you should be willing to help with any task assigned by a supervisor. You’ll be involved in upcoming projects as well as assisting with current campaigns
Typical work week look like:
1. Full filing tasks set out by supervisors from several department
2. Recruiting, Screening, Onboarding & managing applicants as per requirement,
3. Updating our databases with new employee information like contact details and employment forms
4. Learn all operations, management viewpoints, company policies and practices that affect each phase of business and collaborate with other teams to meet the company objectives
5. Responding to staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
6. Set performance goals and objectives with upper management.
7. Prepare and submit the final report based on your research
Our Ideal Candidate should have:
1. Must be a recent graduate / final-year student
2. Must be available for work from office
3. Detail-oriented with strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
4. An eagerness to learn and execute quickly
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
6. Ability to multitask
7. Cope well under pressure
On the successful completion of the project a summer intern will be entitled to have-
