Designation: HR Manager Qualification: MBA Location: Hyderabad Type: On-site (Mon-Sat) Experience: 3-6 Years Compensation: 8-12LPA Note: Candidates from CA firms or service industry are highly preferred. The HR Manager will lead the Talent & Culture department, focusing on both strategic and operational HR functions. This role requires a proactive individual capable of setting up and managing HR processes, ensuring compliance, and fostering a positive organizational culture. Key Responsibilities: HR Operations and Administration Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. Talent Management and Acquisition Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent. Performance Management Design and implement performance appraisal. systems. Conduct regular performance reviews and manage KRA (Key Result Area) mapping. Employee Engagement and Retention Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives. Create strategies to improve employee retention and satisfaction. Training and Development Identify training needs and develop training programs. Facilitate employee development through continuous learning initiatives. Process Setup and Improvement Establish HR processes and policies from scratch. Continuously improve existing HR processes to enhance efficiency. Leadership and Culture Building Lead the HR team, providing guidance and support. Foster a positive and sustainable organizational culture. Compensation and Benefits Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits packages. Requirements: 3+ years in HR management, preferably from CA firms or service industry. Strong leadership and team management capabilities. Proficiency in HR software and tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to set up and streamline HR processes. Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
