About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, hands-on HR professional who can manage end-to-end HR responsibilities across two distinct companies sharing the same leadership and office:
• Inner Sanctum – a high-growth wellness and healing brand
• NV Infra – a residential construction and real estate firm
You'll be expected to own hiring, build a dynamic office culture, and implement thoughtful, scalable HR practices. This is not a siloed corporate HR job — it's a high-impact, people-first role in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Own full-cycle hiring – from JD creation and sourcing to interviewing and offer rollout
• Hire across diverse profiles: wellness professionals, construction engineers, BD managers, and more
• Create smooth, memorable onboarding experiences
Culture & Engagement
• Build a fun, inspiring work culture across both teams
• Plan team events, offsites, and engagement initiatives
• Support founders in strengthening cross-team cohesion
HR Ops & Process Setup
• Maintain employee records and contracts
• Draft HR policies and improve office workflows
• Lead performance tracking and feedback systems
• Address day-to-day HR queries and act as a go-to person for all people matters
What We're Looking For
• 2–5 years of HR experience in startups or high-growth environments
• Strong recruiter with an eye for talent and fit
• Excellent communicator and culture builder
• Comfortable working across industries (wellness + real estate)
• Independent, proactive, and process-oriented
