Personal Care Assistant
· Assisting clients with personal care needs, including showering, dressing, toileting, and feeding by imlementation of personalised care programs.
· Following therapy plans and supporting interventions, particularly for clients with dementia or behavioural challenges.
Observing, recording, and reporting any changes in clients’ physical or emotional condition.
· Preparing meals and assisting with feeding where necessary.
· Facilitating participation in social and community activities.
· Providing companionship, emotional support, and encouragement to promote mental well-being.
Role requires a Certificate III in Individual Support or at least 1 year experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
