Assist in creating and managing internship/job vacancy posts
Screen and shortlist candidates from job portals and college referrals
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and management
Maintain and organize intern documentation and onboarding forms
Support in creating reports on intern performance and engagement
Assist in employee engagement and internal communication tasks
Build databases of potential candidates for future roles
