Working Days:-Monday to Saturday(6 Days)
Timing:- 10 AM TO 7 PM or (+:30 AM TO 6:30 PM)
Experience: 3Year to 5Years
Location: Ahmedabad
CTC: 3 – 5Lacs.

Job Description:
We are looking to hire a Human Resources Specialist who carries a minimum 3+ years of experience in Human Resources Operations. A Dynamic individual who has exceptional communication & interpersonal skills and well-organized multitasker.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Full understanding of all HR functions and best practices
• Enhancing staff performance, supporting employee development, enhancing recruitment efforts, planning strategic HR initiatives
• Manage end to end recruitment cycle & post joining formalities
• Undertake overall HR operations
• Streamlining HR Processes and Policies
• Employee Retention, relations and Engagement
• Identifying & executing training needs for teams and individuals
• Demonstrable experience with HR metrics Requirements
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Manage the recruitment and selection process from various free and paid sources.
• Manage documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization and nurture a positive working environment.
• Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys etc.) and take minutes
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
