KRA of Manager – Human Resource
• Handling Talent Acquisition as per company’s requirement.
• Handling the recruitment Life cycle for sourcing the best talent in the region and as per the laws of the mainland.
• Creation of JDs and Setting up KRAs according to Role.
• Ensure the drafting of Offer Letters as per the policy .
• Manage the Medical Insurance Function of the employees.
• Formulating and implementing best HR practices, policies and initiatives aiming at employee welfare and retention.
• Verifying documents and conducting background verification of the new employees.
• Handling the entire Performance Appraisal Process across levels and establishing a framework for substantiating performance appraisal systems linked to reward management.
• Identifying good performers and weak performers under Performance Measurement and taking action accordingly regarding rewards and PIPs.
• Handling pay sheets, appointments and recruitment structure.
• Conducting exit interviews and taking care of separation functions like full and final settlement.
• Ensuring resolution of Employee grievance by adopting methods into Employee Grievance handling.
• Conducting employee engagement activities for recreation as well as rewarding the best performers.
• Identifying training and development needs in the organisation through proper job analysis and regular consultation with HRBP.
• Initiating and making amendments in the existing training and development programs for the interest of both organisation and employee.
• Preparing and submitting Annual Personnel Budget for all personnel cost to Finance Head.
• Working as an In charge of payroll administration to make all necessary coordination to make a smooth and efficient operation .
• Compiling all data needed for the annual salary review , and the annual performance appraisal analysis.
• Initiating and making amendments in the HR policies as per the current laws and needs of the organisation.
• Ensuring management of People on matters relating to adhering the rules as well achieving the set targets as per their relative KRA s.
• Monitoring adherence to statutory regulations and compliance with various government agencies; monitoring disciplinary issues and legal matters.
• Preparing MIS reports on a weekly or monthly basis and maintaining DSRs as well.
• Manage HR Admin related tasks of the organisation
