Job description, work day and responsibilities
Human Resource Manager: HR Administrator will act as the first point of contact for HR-related & operation administrative duties including sourcing & maintaining daily team requirements with Status report for entire team, recruitment, Trainings, retaining, motivation, handover, managing HR official & personnel documentation & records, updating internal databases.
NeetDeep Group is a young & growing company with the rate of 300%. We are looking for dynamic & creative candidates who have experience with HR procedures and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Education: Bachelor in HR or relative field
Experience: Minimum 2 years.
Job Responsibilities:
· Recruitment & maintainl records
· Track & Update reports & database (e.g. DSR, HR Documents, company policies)
· Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
· Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
· Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics.
· To determine direction and implement HR strategies to achieve desired results in the area of Operations -Labour Relations, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, HRIS, Communication etc
· Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
· Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
· Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)
· Workflow process plan, execution, Monitoring & review.
· Monthly review with employee to increase productivity
· Quarterly review with director to reduce the cost & increase productivity effectively
Skills and Qualifications:
· Proven work experience as an HR Administrator or relevant role
· Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
· Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
· Thorough knowledge of laws
· Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
· Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
CTC: up to 4.80 Lacs
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year

• shahibaug dudheshwar road, Ahmedabad - 380004, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
