Job Description
We are looking to hire an HR Manager to lead the human resources team at Bluvium. As a Tech Consulting company, we believe that our success plainly depends on our ability to hire, retain and groom the best talent. HR Manager role is key to success for us.
Ideal Candidate should have the following profile:
· Experience as HR Manager in a 50 – 200 people technology organization (preferable in niche technologies like Salesforce, SAP, AWS, etc)
· Excellent communication and high Emotional Quotient
· Strong understanding of legal HR Compliances and industry norms
· Experience in creating and implementing HR policies for high tech companies
· Experience in building strong processes for hiring freshers, training them and making them billable
You would be responsible for:
· Managing HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition teams
· Building strategies for hiring and be primarily responsible for meeting hiring goals
· Taking final calls for hiring – negotiating with the candidates and rolling out offers
· Building strategies for employee engagement and appraisals
· Overseeing payroll, appraisals, compliances
· Managing hiring and training of freshers
