Roles and Responsibility.
• End to End recruitment cycle (Technical/Non Technical Hiring's)
• Sourcing resumes from portals, taking initial interviews, handling Joining, salary negotiations etc.
• Attendance/Payroll Management
• People's Management
• HR Operations
• Hands on experience in Technical hiring
Skills and Experience Required:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in ENGLISH (is must)
• Strong Interpersonal skills & presentation skills
• Understanding of HR policies & process.
• MBA in HR graduate is must.
Experience: 2 to 3 Years
Work from Office, Location Malviya Nagar (Jaipur)
• CTC : Based on Existing & Markets trends
