The role:
We are looking for a HR Manager to join our team to continue to drive the growth of our brand and business throughout the India region. If you are passionate about people, organised, proactive, approachable and empathetic then we want to hear from you.
You will be supporting the business on all people related matters at The CEO Magazine. Partnering closely with senior leaders and the global HR team, you will be responsible for overseeing the HR function throughout India and managing the employee lifecycle including employee relations, recruitment, performance and record management.
We’re a great match if you have:
• A minimum of 5 years working in a HR Management role
• An excellent understanding of Human Resources functions
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across regions
• Experience working for a global organisation is essential
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible with working hours to meet the demands of a global business
• Demonstrate excellence in relationship building internally and externally
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is advantageous
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations HRIS and talent management systems
• Outstanding time management
• Proactive and positive mindset

Job details:
This is a full time position working from our office in Bangalore. The standard working hours will be +:30am - 6pm however flexibility should be demonstrated to meet the demands of a global business.
