Job Description
We are looking for a Human Resource Manager who will lead and direct the routine functions of the resourcing department including hiring, interviewing staff and managing the entire recruitment cycle/process of end to end to enable selection of quality talent for open positions. You will have excellent interpersonal skills.
You will carry expertise in HR management & background experience in mainly IT technical recruitment sector. You will work closely with senior management & lead a team of recruiters. You will be responsible for talent resourcing for the company & its clients.
Responsibilities:
• Update current and design new improved recruiting procedures.
• Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.
• Manage vendors, recruiters, and internal stakeholders to hit the numbers.
• You will be responsible for talent resourcing for the company & its clients.
• Work with the management team to create the organization's human resource and talent strategy, towards its current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
• Collaborate with the management team & department leads to understand & plan the organization's current & future human resource needs.
• Collaborate with the department leads to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
• Manage the talent acquisition process.
• Provides support and guidance to management and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
• Negotiation with the selected candidates on the Salary(If required).
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Experience in startup recruitment, consultancy recruitment is an added on advantage.
• Must have experience in senior IT hiring's.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
• Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn the organizations (Human resources information system) HRIS and talent management systems.
• Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation Experience with the CRM tools
