Urgent Requirement HR Head
Qualification : Any graduate /Masters specialization in HR
· BASIC SKILL SETS FOR AN HR HEAD
· Effective Communication Skills
· Good Presentation and Public Speaking skills will be preferred.
· Administrative capabilities – Should be able to administer his tasks efficiently & effectively.
· Proactivity – Advance planning of tasks and anticipating forthcoming tasks Recruitment, Selection & Exit of Employees – Should be aware of the complete
· hiring and exit process.
· Redressal Management – Should be able to understand and address the staff concerns and grievances.
· Event Management – Should be able to co-ordinate and manage small company events negotiating with vendors for the best.
· MIS Preparation – Drawing analysis and making periodic Reports
Salary : Upto 55 k (No bar for the right candidate)
