Recruits, interviews, and facilitates the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. ● Responsible for timely closure of positions, negotiations with candidates as per the company terms & conditions. ● Create and maintain employee relations for the smooth implementation and execution of various company operations and policies. ● Handling employee engagement activities ● Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor laws and regulations. ● Payroll preparation and performing all HR activities. ● Execute the employee's annual review procedures etc. Preferred Candidate Skills: • Min 5 years of proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar roles. • Excellent written & oral communication skills • Working knowledge of HR operations, documentation and MS Office with good analytical skills. • Previous experience in working and hiring for an early-stage startup is a plus. • Interest in understanding human psychology is preferred Interview and Job location: 503-504, Indraprasth Business House, Behind Rasranjan, Near Vijay Cross Road, Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 38000+
