Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR department. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and organizational development. Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
• Develop Recruitment Strategies: Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all departments.
• Manage Recruitment Process: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
• Onboarding: Ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding process for new hires, helping them integrate into the organization’s culture and workflow.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
• Foster Workplace Culture: Develop and promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture that reflects the organization’s values and supports employee engagement.
• Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
• Employee Engagement Initiatives: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and feedback mechanisms.
Performance Management and Development:
• Implement Performance Management System: Oversee the performance appraisal process, ensuring that employees receive regular feedback and development opportunities.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs to help employees grow in their roles and contribute to the organization’s success.
• Succession Planning: Develop and manage succession planning strategies to ensure the organization’s long-term talent needs are met.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Compensation Strategy: Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs that align with industry standards and the organization’s financial goals.
• Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and maintaining strong vendor relationships.
• Salary Benchmarking: Conduct regular salary benchmarking to ensure the organization remains competitive in attracting and retaining talent.
Compliance and Policy Management:
• Ensure Legal Compliance: Ensure the organization’s HR practices comply with all relevant labor laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity (EEO), wage and hour laws, and workplace safety.
• Policy Development: Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures that reflect best practices and support the organization’s strategic goals.
• Employee Handbook Management: Maintain and update the employee handbook, ensuring all policies are current and in line with legal requirements.
HR Analytics and Reporting:
• HR Metrics: Track and analyze key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and time-to-fill positions, to inform decision-making.
• Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on HR activities, trends, and insights.
HR Leadership and Strategy:
• Strategic HR Planning: Work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with the organization’s overall business objectives.
• HR Budget Management: Develop and manage the HR department budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
• Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering professional growth and ensuring high performance.
