Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Human Resources Manager at GK Rickshaw Ltd. As a Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and training and development. You will also be responsible for ensuring legal compliance, implementing HR policies and procedures, and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. This is an on-site role located in Baidyabati.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
• Experience in employee relations and performance management
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
• HR certification (e.g. PHR, SPHR) is a plus
