The primary task of the HR specialist is recruitment to identify talent and recruit the right resources (NON-IT) required by the respective department heads within the given time frames and ensure that the talent matches the requirements and is aligned correctly with the organization's growing requirements.
You must be proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and other Portal Dashboards and have an excellent network through which you can achieve the hiring goals of the organization.
Background: An experienced MBA HR with Min 2 Years of experience and has done non-IT recruitments and is well versed with the entire HR recruitment to exit interviews cycle. Should be very good at sales recruitment and other positions and should be a very good judge of people.
Can manage the entire HR recruiter, generalist, and admin functions.
Personality: Smart, Articulate, Well Spoken, Great Interpersonal Skills.
Multilingual: Fantastic Written and Spoken English, Knowledge Of Local Language and Hindi will be an advantage and excellent communication.
Computer & Internet Savvy: MS Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Languages: Fluent In English & Hindi. (Knowing One South Indian Language will be an advantage).
Location: Must be Well settled in Bangalore and be living within 1 hour of traveling distance. Our office is at Race Course Road.
CTC: Initial CTC will be ₹4.2LPA and will be upgraded to ₹6LPA upon completion of your probation period once you have achieved the set goals during this period.
Include performing the following of retaining talent that you have hired and several other functions :
• Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, interviewing, selecting, orienting, and training employees through strategic human resource planning.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
• Maintains human resource staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
• Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.
• Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management; directing the processing of benefit claims; obtaining and evaluating benefit contract bids; awarding benefit contracts; designing and conducting educational programs on benefit programs.
• Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.
• Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
• Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
• Completes human resource operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Maintains the entire office and its administrative requirements ensuring that you take charge of the office, its upkeep, guest relations, and other related activities.
