We have been retained by a Singapore based client into Appliances, Electrical, and Electronics Manufacturing to hire a Manager HR/HRBPGM Operations to be based in Chennai (Oragodam).
We are excited to inform you about a fantastic opportunity with 18+ years of experience in HR Management and looking for somebody who have experience in greenfield and brownfield project.
Mandatory Skillset are required:
- At least 17 years HR experience with no less than 10 years in manufacturing and people management
- HR & Admin hands on with overseeing payroll and recruitment
- 2 Direct repartee- 1- Recruitment and 1- Payroll
- University graduate with major in HR management
Other Skills:
Good organizational and planning abilities.
Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
Comfortable interacting with and presenting to Senior Management
Resourcefulness in identifying cost effective solutions.
Sound quantitative and statistical reasoning skills
Good networking ability with industry HR practitioners.
Excellent interpersonal and leadership capability
Good working knowledge of local labour legislation and regulations.
